No. Your AI or API provider bills you directly. Edgify charges only for the governance layer.
02 How do volume discounts work? +
Effective per-request rates drop meaningfully at each tier. Higher tiers also include longer usage windows, advanced routing, and dedicated support.
03 How long is usage history retained? +
7 days on Evaluate, 14 days on Team, 30 days on Scale. Anything longer is available on Enterprise with custom retention windows, billed as a separate line item.
04 Can we use our own domain? +
Yes. Enterprise customers can serve the governed endpoint on a domain they own (for example, ai.your-company.com).
05 Is Edgify a managed service? +
Yes — managed only. We operate the platform end-to-end. There is no on-premise option.
06 Is there a trial? +
Team and Scale come with a 14-day trial. Evaluate is free forever for limited use.
